Refund policy

You can return your tracker within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. As an EU consumer you also have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, which this policy extends and does not limit.

Start a return: sign in to your account (https://account.gpstail.com), open the order and select Request return.

Conditions: return the item with all accessories and, where possible, in the original packaging. The €12 annual SIM subscription is handled by the Tuya app provider.

Defective or damaged items: contact us through our Contact section (https://gpstail.com/pages/contact) with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund at no cost, including return shipping. Your statutory 2-year guarantee is not affected.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. For non-defective returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
