Terms of service

GPS Tail is registered under the name of Karrate Group LLC. Contact: our Contact section (https://gpstail.com/pages/contact).

Products: GPS pet trackers. Cellular location requires the included SIM; the first year of connectivity is included, then €12 a year through the Tuya app. A tracker is an aid, not a guarantee against loss of your pet.

Prices: in euros (EUR) and final, with no additional taxes or duties. Shipping is free. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its partners.

Orders: the contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

Returns and warranty: see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, limited to the price paid for the product.

Third-party app: the Tuya app is provided by a third party under its own terms.
